Red IT Solutions Becomes Part of Kinrock

Kinrock, a group of professional e-learning and compliance software companies, is delighted to announce its acquisition of Red IT Solutions (“Red IT”) on May 1, 2024 for an undisclosed sum. Under the leadership of industry pioneer Ara Martirossian F.C.A., Red IT has been one of the leading providers of high-quality software solutions for the Sage accounting software ecosystem for the last twenty years. 

Founded in 1999, Red IT develops and markets proprietary software products that allow hundreds of companies to seamlessly integrate and synchronise their business data, operations and ERP processes with Sage and other UK accounting software platforms, saving them substantial time and money and reducing errors.  Every day Red IT’s cloud-based and desktop-based software solutions enable its clients to ship products accurately and on time, streamline complex invoicing methodologies, sales processes and logistical operations, as well as ensure top-quality business reporting.

The company’s products empower companies to get the most out of their Sage software, including the ability to easily access and alter their Sage data while on the go (on iPhone or iPad or web browser), integrate electronic proof-of-delivery (ePOD) or electronics point-of-sale (ePOS) with their Sage, as well as integrating their e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Magento) with their Sage.  In addition, Red IT provides bespoke software solutions that can streamline any company’s complex ERP or operational processes with their Sage or Xero accounts.

There will be an increased focus on the Red IT Partner Programme, which makes it easy and profitable for accountancy practices, consultants and software resellers to become Red IT Partners and offer our efficiency-enhancing software solutions to their clients.

Following the 2022 acquisition of Redmill Advance (a leading provider of professional e-learning services to the UK’s wealth management industry), the 2023 acquisition of Expert Pensions (the leading provider of e-learning services to the UK’s pension advice industry) and the 2024 acquisition of Microw (a provider of high-quality bite-sized professional e-learning videos), Red IT becomes the fourth member of the Kinrock family.  Kinrock does not intend to sell the companies it acquires.
