The most common complaint \ customer response for not paying their debt is ‘I never got the invoice’ and our services removes this by enabling customers to download copy documents easily by just clicking a hyperlink. These can then lead on to further links of:

  • their original Purchase Order (thus simplifying matching processes)
  • product reorders (e.g. linking to the company ecommerce site)
  • product fact sheets (e.g. health and safety information)

All the data is held securely on our data centre so there is no IT issues to worry about. This service can also be used as part of your disaster recovery plan by knowing a safe copy is being held securley off site.

The service is very simple to setup (typically completed remotely within 2 hours ) and use as it uses hyperlinks on enhanced Sage documents such as Customer Statements, Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices... It is also very flexible and can cater for any business process and document.

The price below is the MONTHLY charge for a single type of document per Sage company (e.g. statements). There is NO SETUP COSTS and most work is completed with in 2 hours remotely (for Sage 50 site).
